Edit Section

You can edit a section in 5day.io using two simple methods:

Option 1: Direct Click to Edit​

  1. Open the Project: Click on the project where the section is located.
  2. View Section List: You’ll see a list of all sections within the project.
  3. Click the Section Name: Click directly on the name of the section you want to rename.
    The section name box will automatically become editable.
  4. Rename the Section: Enter the new name, and it will be updated automatically—no need to click a save button.

Option 2: Using the Three-Dot Menu​

  1. Open the Project: Click on the project where the section is located.
  2. Expand the Section List: Use the arrow icon beside the project name to expand and view all sections.
  3. Access the Menu: Next to the section you want to rename, click on the three-dot menu (⋮).
  4. Click 'Rename Section': Select Rename Section from the menu.
    The section name will become editable.
  5. Enter the New Name: Type the new section name. The change will be saved automatically without needing to click a save button.
